CTS 2149 Fundamentals of Project Management

Introduces the skills needed to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close a project. Includes business, interpersonal and technical project management skills required to manage projects and initiatives. Students are prepared for the CompTIA Project+ certification exam upon completion of this course.
